We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPNLTC, LPN
Long Term Care Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights. Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator. Report any change in condition to the charge nurse. Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities. Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed. Perform other duties as requested.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
Pay:
$43.00- $46.
