Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care:

Administer medications, provide wound care, and monitor vital signs.

Assessments:

Observe, document, and report shifts in patient conditions.

Collaboration:

Guide and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure standard of care.

Compliance:

Maintain accurate clinical charts according to legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of

WISCONSIN

Certification:

Current

BLS / CPR

certification.

Skills:

Excellent time management, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
