Supervisor Location:

VMP Healthcare and Community Living

•West Allis, WI (on-site position)

Status:
Part-Time or Full-Time Schedule:

2nd shift 2pm

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our assisted living facility's team. The LPN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in a comfortable and respectful environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader who is organized, knowledgeable, and committed to resident-centered care. _________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes in conditions Accurately document care provided and maintain records Assist with resident assessments and care planning Supervise and support Resident Assistants (RAs) Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Respond to resident emergencies and urgent situations Every other weekend & holiday rotation is required __________________________________________________________

Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment CPR/BLS certification required __________________________________________________________
