1st shift 6am
- 2:30pm 2nd shift 2pm
- 10:30pm 3rd shift (NOC) 10pm

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility's team. The RN will provide high-quality, resident centered care while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to promote the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care in a long-term care setting. _________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor residents' conditions and document changes accurately Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Every other weekend & holiday rotation is required __________________________________________________________
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited nursing program Skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team CPR/BLS certification required __________________________________________________________
