Job Description
We have a full time AM and part time PM positions available. The primary purpose of the job is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of WI. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
