Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program, active license in the applicable state, CPR certification, with preferred experience in skilled nursing.
