We are looking for applicants with experience with mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repairs, environmental sampling, and/or construction oversight. Primary responsibilities include; but are not limited to, environmental sample collection and maintenance activities which support contaminated site remediation at a variety of industrial, commercial, state, and federal installation settings. This position will require field work and travel up to 60% - 75%. Applicants must have a clean driving record and demonstrate commitment to safety. This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of field work, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Troubleshooting and repairs Systems monitoring Data collection Groundwater fluid level monitoring Groundwater/sediment/soil sampling Field work coordination Construction oversight Health and safety oversightQualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills (previous mechanical system O&M experience and/or electrical controls experience preferred) Previous electrical controls experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing high-quality project deliverables on schedule Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment Ability to travel to other regional client sites, as neededPerformance Metrics:
O&M Technicians will be evaluated on the following key performance areas during their first year: 1. Field and Technical Execution Completes field surveys and data collection per project requirements and regulations. Improves technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and project support over the first year. Works reliably with frequent travel and shifting schedules/field conditions. 2. Project and Team Support Follows project instructions and communicates questions or deviations promptly. Coordinates with supervisors, project leads, and teammates to meet project objectives. 3. Safety and Compliance Follows safety procedures, training, and site-specific plans; reports hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly. Uses PPE correctly and consistently in the field.What We Offer:
