Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's health goals and concerns Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health tips to support ongoing wellness outside the treatment room Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with licensing standards Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism Stay current with industry best practices and new techniques to continually enhance service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and pain management strategies Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients empathetically Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
