Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments to understand pain patterns, limitations, and wellness goals Create and deliver individualized treatment plans based on client needs Perform a range of massage modalities, including: Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and/or Swedish / Relaxation Massage Apply strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical terminology to support effective outcomes Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards Provide exceptional client care through clear communication, education, and a welcoming presence Qualifications & Experience Current Arkansas Massage Therapy License (LMT) - required Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Professional, dependable, and grounded in ethical practice Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Why Join Us? $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
