Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for a therapist who values therapeutic integrity, pain-informed care, and genuine client connection . If you enjoy helping clients feel better in their bodies—not rushing sessions or upselling nonsense—you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments to understand pain patterns, limitations, and wellness goals Create and deliver individualized treatment plans based on client needs Perform a range of massage modalities, including: Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and/or Swedish / Relaxation Massage Apply strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical terminology to support effective outcomes Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards Provide exceptional client care through clear communication, education, and a welcoming presence Qualifications & Experience Current Arkansas Massage Therapy License (LMT) - required Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Professional, dependable, and grounded in ethical practice Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Why Join Us?
