We're looking for a talented, intuitive, and guest-focused massage professional to join our spa team on a part-time basis, with weekend availability . What You'll Do You'll deliver exceptional, personalized massage experiences that leave guests feeling renewed, cared for, and ready to enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer. Provide expert massage services according to scheduled appointments and guest needs. Listen closely, assess therapy needs, and make thoughtful, accurate recommendations that exceed guest expectations. Maintain an impeccably clean, welcoming, and treatment-ready work environment. Stock treatment supplies and keep all service areas organized and presentation-perfect. Support the spa and resort team with additional duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy training . At least one year of professional massage therapy experience . A current massage license/certificate, valid in Arizona. Outstanding manual dexterity and the ability to perform massage therapy involving reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds. The confidence and expertise to make quick, informed decisions about treatment needs. Clear, professional communication skills in English, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. A polished, professional appearance appropriate for a four-diamond resort environment. A strong ethical foundation, a genuine spirit of hospitality, and respect for every internal and external guest.
