Massage Therapist Royal Personal Training - 1.7 West Hollywood, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $40 - $80 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Hospitality Spa experience Swedish massage Spa services Rehabilitation and recovery (patient care) Full Job Description RPT Athletic Club is the new flagship facility from Royal Personal Training, the Beverly Hills brand known for elite one-on-one coaching and a personalized client experience. Opening this fall in West Hollywood, the club combines private training with a full recovery and longevity suite — red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, body composition scanning, and wellness treatments. We're hiring the founding massage therapy team. This is a ground-floor role at a brand-new facility with an established client base already in place. Onboarding and initial training take place at our existing Beverly Hills location at 822 S Robertson Blvd prior to the club opening. What You'll Do Deliver customized massage sessions (deep tissue, sports, recovery-focused, Swedish) for RPT Athletic Club members and private training clients Work alongside our coaching team to support client recovery, mobility, and performance goals Maintain a clean, calm treatment space that meets luxury hospitality standards Document client notes, preferences, and contraindications accurately and confidentially Help shape our recovery service offering as the club grows What We're Looking For Current CAMTC certification (California Massage Therapy Council) — required 2+ years of professional experience; sports, medical, or high-end spa background strongly preferred Demonstrated skill in deep tissue and athletic recovery work Professional, warm, client-focused presence Strict adherence to client confidentiality standards and HIPAA-aligned recordkeeping Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a boutique environment where everyone pitches in Professional liability insurance (RPT provides coverage for team members) Why Work Here Brand-new, purpose-built facility with premium equipment and recovery technology Built-in client pipeline — no need to source your own book of business
