Massage is following all of the current Health Department guidelines as well as the CAMTC. We need you to have an active CAMTC license. Please apply if you would like to be kept busy and you can keep up with the work. This is not a slow environment. Be prepared to work a full shift each day you work. Yes, with your approval, we are not taxing your tips. Plus if you have Venmo or Zelle, then your tips will get paid daily directly to you. For our full-time therapists it seems to add an extra $1,000 in pay directly to you. Ask us how we do that. We'll take care of the rest. We also offer many benefits unavailable elsewhere. If you work 32 hours or more, you are eligible for subsidized medical insurance with any of the major providers. More than 20 hours or more and you qualify for subsidized vision and dental insurance. We are looking for a variety of shifts, but specific days and hours. The shift we are trying to fill right now is somewhat flexible as we are just trying to keep up with the demand. So, let us know when you can work and we will match that to our available schedules. You must be able to work at least 24

• 30 hours/week overall, so a minimum of 3
• 4 days/week. We will need you to work Sunday from 9am
• 5pm, or 10am
• 6pm, then some other days that can include Saturday (optional), and Monday 3pm
• 9pm, then perhaps Thursday 11am
• 12pm
• 6pm.

All of this is subject to change. But those are the shifts we are trying to fill.

Compensation:

Base Compensation, plus Bonus + Commission and Dental/Vision Base pay for sessions, then extras for requests, services, and retail, plus your tips. Our therapists will typically earn $30

• $40 per service hour, plus your tips which are typically $20
• $30, so a total of $45
• $70/hour.

Our guests do add-on's at the rate of about 70% of each service. So, you have to like doing hot stones, foot scrub, CBD, or something similar. Add-on's can increase your pay by $3, $5, or $10 depending on what you are doing. Some of our experienced therapists have recently received $100 tips from our guests just based on our various locations and a typical guest.

Table and Towel Warmers and Hot Stones in Each Room We provide all your supplies. We just want you! Responsibilities and Duties Provide excellent Guest service. Able to perform in 50, 80, and potentially 110 minute sessions. Comfortable with both Swedish, Deep Tissue. Willing to do pre-natal and sports massage as needed, customized with Massage Heights training. Educate Guests on services, products and programs available to meet their needs. Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest's experience at home. Participate in many corporate off-site chair or race events in the Irvine area. Create and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Team Members. Build that relationship with our guests and be requested often. Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours. (A mix of weekday and weekend) Qualifications and Skills Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
