We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, provides exceptional client care, and wants to build long-term relationships with their clients. We are an established day spa and wellness center serving the Central Valley since 2013. Our goal is to provide an elevated yet welcoming experience where every treatment is customized to the individual.

Starting pay:

$21/hour + tips Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-quality, customized massage therapy based on each client's individual needs Perform client consultations and identify contraindications prior to treatment Develop appropriate treatment plans and make recommendations for continued care Educate clients on treatment frequency and encourage appropriate rebooking Maintain detailed and accurate SOAP notes Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked treatment room Provide a warm, professional experience from arrival through the completion of each service Report to scheduled shifts on time and prepared to work Assist with opening, closing, laundry, stocking and light spa duties during scheduled downtime Work collaboratively with front desk staff and other service providers to create an exceptional client experience Qualifications Current CAMTC certification Graduate of an approved massage therapy program Minimum 1 year of professional massage experience preferred Strong knowledge of Swedish and therapeutic/deep tissue massage Hot stone massage experience preferred Additional training in cupping, prenatal, sports massage, stretching, IASTM or other modalities is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable and punctual Comfortable working with a variety of clients and customizing pressure and techniques Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team Who We're Looking For Our ideal therapist knows how to connect with clients, listen to their needs, provide consistent quality and build client loyalty.
