We work with an amazing mix of clients, including influencers, content creators, and public figures and we're looking for our next SCLPT specialist to join us! This is a really exciting time to join our team because we're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You don't need years of experience. In fact, we love the idea of finding someone who is newly licensed, eager to learn, and excited to build their career in a specialty. We'll teach you our SCLPT way from the ground up and help you become confident, knowledgeable, and amazing at what you do. ✨ What makes this opportunity different? This isn't a traditional massage spa where you're expected to know everything on day one. You'll receive paid, hands-on training and learn the SCLPT treatment experience from the inside out. You'll start part-time, working approximately 3 days per week — 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day. Your first 90 days will be a learning and growth period. We'll work closely together, build your confidence, and gradually give you more independence as you show us you're ready. And there's a bigger picture: Our goal is for the right person to eventually grow into SCLPT's Lead Lymphatic Specialist as we expand. Your day-to-day You'll be responsible for creating the SCLPT experience our clients know and love: Performing SCLPT Brazilian lymphatic drainage and sculpting treatments Learning and mastering our signature treatment methodology Making every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident Creating a beautiful, clean, elevated treatment environment Keeping your room organized and ready for every appointment Helping with laundry and light studio upkeep when needed Communicating professionally and warmly with clients Maintaining complete discretion and client confidentiality Eventually learning check-in/check-out and opening/closing procedures as you become comfortable working independently ✨ You might be our person if...
