Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated, punctual and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from pain through various massage techniques including traditional Thai massage. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide effective treatments tailored to individual needs. The Massage Therapist will work in a supportive and relaxed environment that emphasizes patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques including traditional Thai massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy. Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to foster client relationships and retention. Skills Proficient in pain management techniques and patient assessment. Knowledge of occupational health standards and medical terminology. Experience in traditional Thai massage techniques is a plus. Ability to communicate in Thai language is a plus but not required. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Ability to perform Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and foot massage effectively. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client experience. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
