Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical terminology. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to all sanitation protocols and industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and assessment. Familiarity with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology to support effective treatment planning. Prior med spa or occupational health experience is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations; ongoing education in massage therapy preferred.
