Utilize spa software for appointment rescheduling, client records management, and accepting client payments. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist and professional liability insurance. Proven experience working in the wellness industry with a strong understanding of Massage Therapist practices within a spa or therapeutic setting. Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
