Duties Perform a wide range of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care techniques, and occupational health practices to optimize results Maintain a safe and hygienic treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and CPR standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and ensure comfort throughout sessions Stay informed about the latest developments in physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing exceptional customer service that fosters trust and loyalty Skills Proven experience in various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles to tailor treatments effectively Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and explain complex concepts clearly Ability to perform patient assessments with attention to detail for customized treatment planning Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management practices CPR certification ensuring readiness for emergency situations during treatments Demonstrated commitment to patient service excellence and customer satisfaction in a healthcare or wellness setting Join us if you're eager to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through expert massage therapy!
