Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, professional communication, and a caring approach. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and self-care strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and proper equipment maintenance Communicate effectively with clients about their comfort levels and adjust techniques accordingly for optimal results Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification from an accredited licensing board Proven experience providing diverse massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans Experience working with clients experiencing pain management issues or recovering from injuries is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of all backgrounds CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all sessions Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy enhances client understanding and professional credibility Join us in creating a welcoming space where clients feel valued and cared for through expert touch and personalized attention.
