Qualifications Valid certification as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience in patient service with a focus on patient assessment and personalized treatment planning. Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
