Therapeutic Massage Therapist — Full-Time or Part-Time Precision Bodywork Roseville, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $45 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid sick time Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Overview Precision Bodywork is an established therapeutic massage practice in Roseville, and we're actively rebuilding our team after a temporary closure. We have an existing client base, clients currently looking for appointments, and significant schedule availability. We're looking for 2-3 full-time therapists plus additional part-time therapists who want the opportunity to build a strong recurring clientele. We're looking for therapists who: Have strong natural hands-on ability and genuinely love massage Are comfortable with therapeutic, firm-pressure and/or deep-tissue work Communicate well with clients and naturally encourage appropriate rebooking Are reliable, professional and interested in becoming part of a long-term team Experience is preferred, but we're also open to exceptional newer therapists with strong technique and natural ability. ScheduleFull-time and part-time opportunities are available, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is required. All therapists must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday each week. CompensationExperienced therapists start at $20/hour base pay, plus additional massage bonuses based on booking percentage. Highly booked therapists can earn $40+/hour before tips. Tips are additional. Base hourly pay applies to clocked time, including reasonable gaps between appointments. New graduates or therapists with limited experience may start at a lower introductory rate during the initial 90-day training/probationary period.
