Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) — Part-Time / Per Diem Melita ReGen Lab is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our multidisciplinary performance, recovery, and wellness team in San Diego. This is a W-2 employee position paying $60/hour for massage services performed. The position will initially be scheduled on a part-time/per diem, as-needed basis based on client demand, with the opportunity to grow into a consistent part-time or potentially full-time role as demand increases. We are not a traditional massage or spa environment. Melita ReGen Lab places a strong emphasis on anatomy, biomechanics, movement, recovery, and individualized care, and we are looking for a therapist who approaches massage with that same level of knowledge and intention.

Candidates should have:

• Current California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification / CMT status
• Advanced working knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Strong palpation skills and the ability to identify and work with specific muscular and soft-tissue structures
• Experience providing therapeutic, deep tissue, recovery, and/or sports-focused massage
• Experience safely working with pregnant clients
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Training or experience in lymphatic drainage massage is a strong plus.

Because anatomy is a major part of how we operate, qualified candidates should expect an anatomy knowledge and practical skills assessment during the interview process.
