Job Description
Position Purpose & Summary Massage Therapists administer professional massage, body treatments, and additional spa service recommendations to assist in the development growth of spa engagement and revenue sales.
Essential Functions:
Provide services associated with Massage and Body Treatments. Greet and welcome members and guests to the Spa/Salon. Communicate clearly with members, guests and spa staff to achieve desired results. Performs all support tasks associated with providing services assigned (set-ups and break down of treatment rooms, stocking and inventory of supplies, stocking and removal of linen, etc.) Performing Massage and Body treatments, including specialty service developed by the Spa. Performs all assigned/scheduled services and tasks using provided protocols and timeliness. Providing after care guidelines to clients. Assist in the overall smooth operation of the Spa by maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the workplace, and effective communication amongst coworkers. Creating a database of frequent clients. Assist members and guests with questions regarding the Spa and the Club. Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points. Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Address feedback by utilizing the LEARN Model. Demonstrate a professional appearance and be attentive to what matters most. Comply with company policies and procedures. Observe and adhere to safety guidelines.Marginal Functions:
Perform other duties as assigned. Interface positively with other departments, offering assistance when needed. Displays care in use of equipment and maintains an organized and professional work environment.Position Requirements:
Minimum Knowledge & Skills:
2 years' experience in resort, club, or day spa experienceFormal Education and Job-Related Experience:
High School graduate License, Registration, and/orCertification Required:
Current State of Colorado Massage License External and Internal Personal Contact:

Dail y- Communicate with Spa Concierge and Spa Management daily Weekly

- Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions.
