Do you value flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference—while retaining control over your client caseload and working hours, and negotiating a pay rate based on your qualifications and preferences? Beat to Your Rhythm is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. You'll provide in-home massage therapy services for adults and children enrolled in Colorado's Medicaid waiver programs. Our clients are primarily neurodivergent and may have a range of diagnoses including—but not limited to—Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental disabilities, multiple sclerosis (MS), and traumatic brain injuries.
What You'll Do:
Deliver personalized in-home massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs. Adapt techniques creatively and safely, depending on individual sensory, physical, or emotional considerations.
This may include:
Slow-paced massage Trigger point therapy Use of therapy balls for indirect touch Skin brushing for clients with reduced mobility or circulation Fully clothed sessions as needed
What We're Looking For:
Current Colorado Massage Therapy License (required) Background working with neurodiverse populations (preferred) Reliable transportation and ability to bring your own massage equipment and supplies Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to support individuals with unique needs Why Join Us?
