The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance their overall health through personalized therapeutic massage treatments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, reflexology tailored to individual client needs Educate clients on massage benefits and recommend appropriate therapy plans for pain management and relaxation Maintain clear communication with clients throughout sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction Adhere strictly to safety protocols including proper sanitation procedures Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and physiology knowledge to continually improve service quality Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and reflexology Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Ability to perform patient assessment accurately and develop customized treatment plans Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and pain management strategies Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (hourly, commission, or per-service).
