Licensed Massage Therapist - Events & Wellness Experiences The Healing Collective is building a network of skilled wellness practitioners throughout South Florida to support curated wellness experiences, private events, corporate wellness activations, recovery services, and special projects. We are seeking Florida Licensed Massage Therapists who are professional, dependable, personable, and confident providing high-quality bodywork outside of the traditional spa environment. This is a contract, as-needed opportunity designed for practitioners who want additional income, flexible opportunities, meaningful collaborations, and the chance to grow alongside an emerging wellness collective. What You May Be Booked For Private wellness experiences and events Corporate wellness events Chair massage activations Table massage/bodywork Recovery-focused experiences Small-group and special occasion wellness events Collaborative experiences with other wellness practitioners What We're Looking For Active Florida Massage Therapy license Professional liability insurance Strong massage/bodywork skills Excellent communication and client service Reliable transportation Punctuality and professionalism Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Comfortable working in private, corporate, event, and wellness settings Clean, professional appearance and strong personal hygiene Ability to create a welcoming and safe experience for clients Experience in areas such as sports massage, deep tissue, assisted stretching, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, recovery work, lymphatic techniques, mobility, or other specialized modalities is a plus. 2-hour minimum for booked assignments, meaning practitioners earn a minimum of $130+ per booking when the two-hour minimum applies. This is not a guaranteed-hours position. Opportunities are offered based on upcoming events, client needs, practitioner specialties, availability, and location. Ideal Practitioner You may be a great fit if you already have your own clients or another position but want access to additional opportunities without committing to a traditional spa schedule.
