Job Description
Coastal Integrative Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing Jacksonville team! Are you an experienced LMT who enjoys helping people feel better and regain function — not just providing a typical spa massage? We are looking for an amazing , professional, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to work with patients in our integrated healthcare setting mixed with some LuLu Lemon. Why This Position Is Different Our massage therapists work directly with patients who are dealing with injuries, pain, muscle tension, and functional limitations. You will have the opportunity to spend up to an hour with a patient when clinically appropriate , allowing you to provide individualized care rather than rushing through appointments. Our patients are often working to recover from injuries and return to their normal activities and jobs. Your role is an important part of that recovery process. What We Offer Starting at $30 - $40 per hour Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time Individualized patient care with appointments of up to 1 hour Established healthcare environment Opportunity to work alongside other healthcare professionals Professional, supportive work environment Opportunity to build a consistent patient schedule Focus on patient outcomes and functional improvement What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A currently licensed Florida Massage Therapist Experienced in therapeutic/clinical massage Comfortable working with patients experiencing pain, injuries, and muscle dysfunction Professional, dependable, and personable Comfortable communicating with patients and healthcare team members Passionate about helping patients improve their function and quality of life Able to work independently while being part of a healthcare team Experience with therapeutic, orthopedic, injury-related, or rehabilitation-focused massage is a plus. Schedule Flexible scheduling based on your availability and clinic needs. We are looking for someone who can help us fill open appointment times and grow into a consistent schedule.
