Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Proficiency in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans. Experience in pain management strategies tailored to individual client conditions. Customer service skills that foster a positive experience for every client. Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus.
