Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. This role involves providing exceptional therapeutic services in a med spa environment, focusing on patient assessment, pain management, and overall health improvement. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create personalized treatment plans. Perform various types of massage therapies, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports, hot stones and prenatal massage. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients about their treatment options. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and various massage techniques. Experience in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with patient assessment procedures and pain management strategies. Previous experience in a med spa setting Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient service.
