Committed to excellence, we provide paid stretch therapist training to those possessing the right skills and experience.

Job Description:

You will receive paid training to become an elite stretch therapist through our iFlex Stretch Therapist Certification Program. Once certified you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their flexibility and mobility goals through 25 or 50 minute personalized stretch sessions. In addition to this, you will contribute to operational duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, booking new client first visits, client account maintenance, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized stretch sessions for clients based on their individual needs and goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and adhering to all safety policies. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and motivating studio environment. Build iFlex Stretch Studio's clientele by handling various steps in completing proper agreements and documentation after the new client sale. Contribute to monthly key metrics. Front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, follow-up with prospects, booking new client first visits, client account maintenance, and other clerical tasks as needed. Participate in ongoing training to enhance and expand stretch therapy, front desk, and client management skills. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the studio and attend staff meetings. Assist with offsite events and outreach as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous hands-on experience in stretching, chiropractic, personal training, physical training, massage therapy, or related fields preferred, but not required. Successful completion of our iFlex Stretch Training Certification Program, including online tutorials, hands-on training, and up to 20 hours of practice. Ability to adapt to unique needs of each client. Enthusiastic about promoting wellness and helping clients achieve their goals. Professional attitude and appearance.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule. Studio hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm. We have two positions available. One is for a weekday shift from 8 am to 12 pm and the other is for a weekday shift from 12 pm to 4 pm. Once you build a client base, the hours can be expanded.
