Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in various massage techniques and thorough understanding of human physiology will ensure each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' health while working in a supportive and energetic environment. Duties Deliver professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Relaxation/Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, hot stone, myofacial release. •experience in wraps and other wellness treatments a plus. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, pain points, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and health histories in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all sanitation standards and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session. Up to date on continuing education to maintain practicing license. Massage liability insurance. Skills Strong knowledge of human anatomy to tailor treatments effectively. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately. Proven experience in various massage modalities including Relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and/or myofascial massage. Not all therapies required, speak with management about your expertise. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
