Our Florida-licensed massage therapists specialize in clinical treatment focused on pain relief, injury recovery, and restoring mobility,not spa or relaxation massage. We work with patients experiencing chronic pain, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, post-surgical restrictions, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our approach focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of pain so patients can recover, move better, and improve their quality of life. Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Massage Therapist with strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience treating musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is confident in assessment, treatment planning, and educating patients throughout their recovery. Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments to determine the source of pain and dysfunction. Develop and provide individualized clinical massage treatments based on each patient's condition. Apply advanced manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support healing. Educate patients on their condition and recommend ongoing treatment plans when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold a professional, therapeutic environment at all times.

Qualifications Please note:

This position is intended for therapists with clinical or medical massage experience. Applicants whose experience is limited to spa or relaxation massage may not be the right fit. Active Florida Massage Therapist License (LMT). Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience working in a medical, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or clinical massage setting. Ability to assess patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
