Duties & Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of massage techniques—including deep tissue, and relaxation modalities—customized to each client's needs. Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to design safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans. Apply expert knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment outcomes, support pain management, and promote overall wellness. Maintain a clean, professional, and tranquil treatment space in accordance with health, safety, and spa standards. Educate and communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and recommendations for continued care. Stay current with industry best practices, therapeutic approaches, and wellness techniques to deliver exceptional service. Collaborate with fellow spa and wellness professionals to ensure clients receive a holistic, results-driven experience. Experience Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required. Proven experience in various massage modalities, and particularly deep tissue massage. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology and occupational health practices is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, and professional draping with a focus on patient service and satisfaction.
