What You'll Do As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Revival Cave, you'll provide customized treatments based on each client's individual goals and needs. Sessions may incorporate techniques such as: Deep tissue massage Sports massage Trigger point therapy Swedish massage Myofascial and mobility-focused techniques Prenatal massage Recovery and pain-management techniques You'll assess each client, communicate about their goals and areas of concern, and create an intentional treatment experience designed to deliver real results. You'll also maintain professional treatment documentation, follow all applicable licensing and safety requirements, and help us maintain the welcoming, professional environment our clients expect. Who We're Looking For We're looking for therapists who are: Currently licensed to practice massage therapy in Florida Professional, dependable, and motivated Confident communicating with clients Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage Passionate about helping people feel and perform better Comfortable working independently while being part of a team Interested in continuing to learn and develop their skills Experienced in deep tissue, sports, trigger point, or therapeutic massage—or excited to become stronger in those areas Experience in sports massage, recovery, medical massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, or performance-focused environments is a plus, but the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
