Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Utilize extensive knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and post-session care instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client notes and treatment records in compliance with licensing regulations. Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation procedures. Promote a welcoming environment by delivering excellent patient service and fostering positive client relationships. Experience Valid Florida state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical or occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Demonstrate ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively with diverse clients. Additional certifications such as trigger point therapy or specialized modalities are a plus.
