The Opportunity:

Then we want to hear from you. hol+, is currently seeking a Massage Therapist who finds joy in helping others reach optimal health through different modalities. The ideal candidate will be trained in neuromuscular massage, cupping, prenatal, and reflexology.

2-4 days a week, depending on candidate and office space.

Expectations :
Welcome clients to the spa and engage them in a consultation to determine the services they need Review intake and interview clients to determine illnesses or medical conditions which may contraindicate massage or certain massage modalities Take detailed notes regarding each client's medical history and ensure that appropriate precautions are taken so that the condition is not aggravated Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available massages and body treatments; suggest appropriate massage therapies for individual clients Explain massage procedure and provide information about oils and creams used during massage Perform massaging according to each client's preference (pressure and preferred oil / cream) Use aids such as aromatherapy, handheld massage tools, ice and hot or cold compresses Maintain clients records including demographic information, medical histories and appointments Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures
  • Qualifications —
Required:
Certification in massage therapy in the state of
Georgia:
neuromuscular massage, cupping, prenatal, and reflexology Outstanding communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Team player Have an enthusiasm and possess superb customer service skills Punctual with great time management skills Preferred Qualifications Interest in integrative and holistic healthcare 2 years of job experience Experience
