We specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massage, skincare, and body treatments. Our focus is on providing exceptional client experiences in a serene, professional environment. We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or a Dually Licensed LMT/LE who is passionate about bodywork, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional massage services customized to client needs Perform various modalities including: Swedish & Deep Tissue Hot Stone (required) Prenatal (required) Couples Massage (required) Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care, and available add-on services Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment If dually licensed, provide facials, body waxing and related services Requirements Current Georgia Massage Therapy License (active and in good standing) Current Georgia Esthertician License (if dually licensed) Professional liability insurance (required) Must be available for all days listed above - specicifically weekends Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Commitment to building and retaining a client base Enthusiastic about working in a boutique day spa environment and seeking a long-term role Preferred Qualifications 2+ year of hands-on experience in massage therapy (spa or clinic setting) Experience with aromatherapy, cupping, assisted stretching, NMT, or body treatments a plus Strong client communication and customer service skills Active & dually licensed as Massage Therapist/Esthetician is highly desirable Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay + 100% gratuities Retail commission and performance bonuses Employee discounts on spa services and retail products Opportunities for continuing education support How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief message detailing your experience and confirming your availability.
