Licensed Massage Therapist (Therapeutic/Clinical)

Kahului, Maui OR Lahaina, Maui Are you a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist with a passion for healing? Join our team at Minit Medical and help make a difference in the lives of patients recovering from injuries. We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to support our workers' compensation patients in a collaborative, dynamic environment. At Minit Medical, we offer an employee position (not a contractor role), ensuring you're paid, even for cancellations—plus a range of employee benefits. Your skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the recovery journey for our patients while working closely with our Physical Therapy team.Position Details:

Workload/Hours:
Typical workload is 4-6 massages/day with breaks built in. Options forPart Time or Full Time Setting:
Work in a clinical setting dedicated to injury recovery and therapeutic care, where your massage expertise directly contributes to our patients' wellness.EMR System:
Minimal charting is required using our integrated, user-friendly system.Team:
Be a part of a supportive, collaborative environment alongside PTs and other healthcare professionals.What We're Looking For:
Active Hawaii Massage Therapy License required Proficiency in therapeutic techniques , including deep tissue and trigger point therapy . Reliability , professionalism, and a strong communicator who loves helping others Comfort in working independentlyResponsibilities:
Provide therapeutic massage services —including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage —to address patient needs and promote recovery Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe, effective, and targeted massage techniques Maintain accurate patient records by charting and documenting SOAP notes and keep the healthcare team updated on treatment progress Foster a welcoming, supportive environment , delivering exceptional service that makes patients feel comfortable and cared for Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and expand our service offerings Work with other team members to cycle and fold your laundry before/during/or after shifts.Perks & Benefits:
