Your expertise will help clients manage pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility through personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand client needs and develop customized treatment plans. Communicate clearly with clients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-session care instructions. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and progress notes, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including CPR certification requirements. Educate clients on pain management strategies and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally. Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on patient service and client communication. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices. Hands-on experience with various massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Familiarity with pain management approaches and client assessment procedures. Prior experience working in medical spas or similar healthcare environments is highly desirable. $33.02 - $100.00 per hour
