Therapists love that many of our clients do the heated wellness treatments prior to massage which has the clients body "prepped" for therapy making it so much easier on the therapist.

Full Time /Part Time / Sunday Only/ 2 Days a week is available- W2

All shifts available with a 21 year client base for a fully booked day with no down time. We keep your books full- You do NOT sit around waiting for a client. You choose the amount of time needed between sessions (30min. is normal.) We want you to be able to take the time needed to educate the client and give them space to process the work you did on their body. If you like a faster pace we customize to your desires. Will work around any other job and are flexible for happy work/life balance. Consistent manageable scheudules with 4 to 6 sessions a day depending on your ability and desires. You know the days and times you are working and we keep it the way you set it. We will show you our books to Guarantee you are fully booked to value your time. Hydraulic tables /Tilt Tables with large rooms to provide treatment in. Everything is provided for you to work on the clients. Supportive Management Staff that communicates effectively and cares about you. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional client communication and treatment. We like to laugh and have fun in the workplace. A positive attitude goes a long way when working with people. We like to have therapists that are unique in the field. We welcome new therapists and will provide training if needed.

Job Duties:

Design customized treatment plans based on client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/clients with positive interacations and compassion for people. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas. You are required to fold linens for your treatments. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment for yourself and the clients.

Job Requirements:

Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations. Licenses are posted in the common area per law. We are medical massage per insurance so

SOAP NOTES

are required. They are done on Mindbody Online Software- Takes about 5 minutes per client. Must carry liability insurance.- This may be provided by the company depending on full time or part time. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, management and staff. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.

Compensation:

Competitive pay per therapeutic massage treatment: Employees are paid per "service hour" (actual time massaging) rather than flat hourly clock time, meaning prep and gap times between clients are unpaid. We do not schedule with gapping. We value your time and set your books up exactly how you desire with time inbetween per your wishes. Tips averge $25 per client session. All tips go directly to you non taxed. Paid vacation after 1 year continuous full time service CEU reimbursement after 1 year continuous full time service Licensing and liability insurance reimbursement after 6 months continuous full time service.
