We are looking for dependable, passionate therapists who take pride in their work. We especially welcome applicants who have spent time developing a specialty or unique area of expertise. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering significant independence and schedule flexibility. Therapists choose the days and hours they want to work, with openings currently available across all shifts at both locations. Compensation begins around $35 for each completed 60-minute massage, plus 100% of tips. Earnings may increase when clients add enhancements to their services, and there is potential for pay increases based on consistency, commitment, reliability, and continued growth with the business. Laundry and general treatment-room upkeep are shared responsibilities among the team. When a front-desk team member is unavailable, therapists must be comfortable managing the basic client experience independently.

This includes:

Checking clients in and out Collecting payment Booking and rebooking appointments Using the booking system Explaining and selling memberships and packages Answering basic questions about services Keeping treatment rooms and shared areas clean and organized Ideal Candidates We are looking for therapists who are: Currently licensed to practice massage therapy in Idaho Properly insured and able to work as a 1099 independent contractor Consistent, dependable, and committed to their chosen schedule Professional and comfortable communicating with clients Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team Comfortable learning booking, checkout, and rebooking procedures Interested in building strong, long-term client relationships Willing to help with shared laundry and basic spa responsibilities Passionate about massage therapy and continuing to grow professionally Specialized experience is preferred but not required. We are especially interested in therapists with training or experience in areas such as: Deep tissue or therapeutic massage Relaxation or Swedish massage Prenatal massage Sports massage and stretching Lymphatic drainage Cupping Craniosacral therapy Myofascial work Reflexology Hot stone or Himalayan salt stone massage Other focused modalities or specialties Schedule We are hiring for weekdays, evenings, and weekends at both our Middleton and Eagle locations. You choose the schedule that works for you and identify which location—or both locations—you would prefer to work at. Once a schedule is selected, we are looking for therapists who can maintain it consistently.

Compensation Starting pay:
