Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, creating a welcoming and rejuvenating environment. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand symptoms, medical history, and specific pain points Educate clients on treatment options and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client progress notes Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with clients about their comfort levels and treatment outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction Stay current with industry trends and continuing education opportunities in massage therapy and related health fields Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proven experience in patient service, client communication, and customer service excellence Skilled in various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Ability to perform patient assessments accurately to develop customized treatment plans Strong understanding of pain management techniques and occupational health considerations CPR certification and ongoing commitment to professional development in the field of massage therapy Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of med spa environments is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional care that enhances well-being through expert massage therapy.
