• Customize each massage session based on the client's individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Provide an exceptional experience through a professional, friendly, and caring approach.
• Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and appropriate enhancements.
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow all applicable service protocols.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
• Work collaboratively with spa management, front-desk associates, and other service providers.
• Help build long-term client relationships through excellent service and personalized care. What We're Looking For
• A current Illinois Massage Therapy License.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• A professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
• A genuine belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• Ability to commute reliably to our Park Ridge location.
• Evening or weekend availability is strongly preferred.

Experience in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Craniosacral, Reiki, or other modalities is a plus but not required. We provide training to help our therapists expand their skills and services. Experienced therapists and newly licensed massage therapists are encouraged to apply.
