Licensed Massage TherapistPart-Time → Full-Time Opportunity Summit Family & Sports Chiropractic | Elkhart → Goshen, IN ~20 hrs/week to start W-2 $35•40/session + tips Great Care. Steady Patients. Room to Grow. We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to do great hands-on work, build a loyal clientele, and grow with a collaborative healthcare team. Start at approximately 20 hours/week in Elkhart , with a clear path to full-time hours as patient demand grows. Additional hours may initially be available in our Goshen location as you build your schedule. You'll have multiple ways to build your caseload: established referrals from our chiropractic and rehab team, plus community clients seeking therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness massage. Why You'll Want to Work Here $35•40 per session + tips W-2 employee Start around 20 hours/week , with opportunity to grow into full-time Steady patient referrals and community massage clients Therapeutic + relaxation/wellness massage opportunities Clear part-time → full-time growth path Flexible daytime scheduling Furnished treatment space Complimentary chiropractic care Supportive chiropractic + rehab team Opportunity to build and retain your own clientele What You'll Do Provide massage tailored to each client's goals—from recovery and mobility to relaxation and wellness Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab staff when massage is part of patient care Welcome massage clients from the broader community Build strong relationships and grow repeat clientele Keep treatment notes and sessions organized Maintain a clean, professional, treatment-ready space You're a Strong Fit If You Hold a current Indiana massage therapy license Have current CPR/AED certification Have strong hands-on skills in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and/or Prenatal massage Are dependable, organized, and communicate well Take ownership of your schedule, clients, and follow-through Enjoy collaborating as part of a team Want to continue developing your skills and clientele A plus: Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, healthcare, sports, or wellness; cupping or trigger-point therapy; knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
