We are seeking experienced, caring, reliable, and professional massage therapists to join our supportive team. Responsibilities Provide professional, high-quality massage services tailored to each guest's needs and preferences Create a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing experience for every guest Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and follow all sanitation standards Communicate professionally with guests and team members Recommend appropriate services based on guests' wellness goals Participate in ongoing training and team development Qualifications Previous hands-on massage therapy experience is required Proficiency in relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques Additional experience in reflexology, cupping, sports massage, or other modalities is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional Passion for wellness and helping others Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Schedule Full-time or part-time positions available Flexible scheduling Weekend availability strongly preferred Compensation $35-$60 per hour + tips Compensation is based on experience, skills, and services performed.
