Compensation Starting Massage Compensation:

$40 per service hour With guest gratuities, our full-time therapists typically begin earning approximately $70-75+ per massage hour. Additional earning opportunities include retail commissions, in-room enhancement commissions, and future performance-based increases. Raises are based on performance—not years in the industry or seniority. We reward measurable KPIs including guest experience, retention, professionalism, teamwork, retail performance, reliability, and contribution to Spa Mariana. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required and non-negotiable.
