• Perform massage therapy techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being
• Assess clients' medical history, symptoms, and desired outcomes to develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to target specific areas of concern
• Provide deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other therapeutic techniques as needed
• Apply appropriate pressure and adjust techniques based on client feedback and comfort levels
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports Experience
• Minimum of [1] years of experience as a licensed massage therapist
• Proficient in various massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage
• Strong understanding of human anatomy
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and acute pain management strategies
• Experience working with patients in occupational health or medical settings is preferred

Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address patient-specific concerns. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and occupational health to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and patient progress in compliance with clinic policies. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients, adhering to health and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development. Experience Proven experience in patient service with a focus on therapeutic massage and pain management. Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and human anatomy is essential for accurate assessment and treatment planning. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations. Familiarity with patient assessment procedures to develop personalized treatment plans.
