We are a suite style business, monthly rent at $900 for approx 110sqft. You set your own pay. We are a new business, seeking to build a solid team. Located in the city of Minnetonka, the city requires a background check (paid for by us), and that you maintain your own insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic massage services in a professional environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and progress made by patients. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment decisions and enhance patient outcomes. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations. Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient assessments and treatment plans. Understanding of physiology and anatomy to effectively address client needs. Experience in a med spa environment is preferred but not required. Ability to manage pain effectively through appropriate therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members effectively.
