Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team of two established chiropractors and an experienced massage therapist. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy approaches and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and provide guidance on self-care practices for continued wellness Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and health history, ensuring a comfortable experience Requirements Valid Missouri state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification from an accredited program Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client comfort throughout sessions Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic services that make a real difference!
