We focus on personalized care, professionalism, and creating an experience that keeps clients looking forward to coming back. We are currently looking for a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a W-2 employee position with the opportunity to grow as your clientele builds. Schedule Part-time availability is needed, and Saturday availability is required . Compensation Massage therapists earn 55% commission on net service fees , plus 100% of client tips . For a typical 60-minute massage, therapist commission currently ranges from approximately $30.25 to $49.50 per completed service , depending on the amount collected for the service.

$90 regularly priced 60-minute massage × 55% = $49.50 Actual earnings may vary depending on the service performed, discounts or promotions, and the net service revenue received. Responsibilities Provide customized massage therapy based on each client's needs Perform Swedish, therapeutic, and deep-tissue massage Provide hot-stone therapy and cupping when appropriate Maintain accurate client records Follow sanitation, safety, and professional standards Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room Provide excellent client care from beginning to end Encourage appropriate rebooking and ongoing wellness care Work cooperatively with the rest of the Your Zensation team Qualifications Active Missouri Massage Therapy license Current professional liability insurance Skilled in Swedish, therapeutic, and deep-tissue massage, as well as hot-stone therapy and cupping Professional, dependable, and comfortable maintaining client confidentiality Strong customer-service and communication skills Saturday availability Newer therapists with strong skills, professionalism, and a willingness to grow are encouraged to apply.
